Study on the influence of basalt-PVA hybrid fiber on the durability of concrete
In order to study the effect of basalt fiber(BF)and polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA)mixed fiber in the concrete system,it systematically explores the durability test research. The results show that(1)Basalt-PVA mixed fiber content is 0.2%,the corrosion resistance coefficient and mass loss rate of concrete with 90 times dry and wet alternating are 75.5%and 4.3%respectively,and the sulfate resistance grade is KS90.A11 other antisulfate grades were KS60.It shows that basalt-PVA mixed fiber will improve the sulfate erosion resistance of concrete.(2)During freeze and thaw cycle 200 times, the lowest mass loss rate is 0.05%and the highest decrease is 0.12%;the relative elastic modulus is 0.5%and the highest increase is 1.0%.It shows that basalt-PVA mixed fiber helps to improve the freezing resistance of concrete.(3)The dosage of basalt-PVA mixed fiber increases, the electrical flux of concrete specimen decreases and then increases, and the lowest value reaches 1 700 C when the admixture is 0.2%.It shows that the suitable content of concrete.
