In order to study the application of plain concrete in prefabricated wave walls,a series of C60 plain concrete tests were conducted.Obtain the C60 plain concrete foundation mix proportion through mix design.Experimental study on the effect of mineral powder dosage on performance and the optimal dosage value.Experimental study on the effect of viscosity modified admixtures on the performance of plain concrete.Conduct relevant analysis on the characteristics of application technology.The results show that(1)Basic mix ratio is m(cement)∶m(mineral powder)∶m(viscosity modified admixture)∶m(mechanism sand)∶m(crushed stone)∶m(water reducing agent)∶m(water)=440∶50∶80∶700∶1 015∶0.35∶160;(2)As the content of mineral powder increases,the expansion degree first increases and then decreases,and the diffusion coefficient and electrical flux of chloride ions gradually decrease.The optimal dosage of mineral powder is 70 kg/m3;(3)As the content of viscosity modified admixture increases,the slump and expansion first increase and then decrease.The compressive strength at 28 days first increases and then decreases.The splitting tensile strength first increases and then decreases.The diffusion coefficient of chloride ions first increases and then decreases.The electrical flux first decreases and then increases.The optimal dosage is determined to be 90 kg/m3.
