Research on the in-situ toughening materials for cement-based materials:a review
In-situ toughening materials can improve the properties of cement hydration products and the microstructure of cement-based materials from the micro and nano level,so as to improve the toughness of cement-based materials.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the macro properties of in-situ toughening materials to strengthen cement-based materials,the effects of nano materials,polymer materials and functional microcrystals on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials were compared,including compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and toughness.In addition,the mechanism of in-situ toughening materials strengthening the toughness of cement-based materials was systematically described from three aspects,the characteristics of hydration products,the microstructure of hydration products and the interface transition zone.It will provide a reference for the research and development of in-situ toughening materials for cement-based materials and the improvement of concrete toughness.
