Experimental study on stress-strain curve of EPS concrete
EPS concrete is a new type of lightweight and thermal insulation wall material.Through the axial compression test of three groups of EPS concrete samples with different density grades, the failure morphology, mechanical properties and stress-strain curves are analyzed. The results show that the failure process of EPS concrete has a certain toughness. With the increase of density grade, the concrete stiffness increases, the resistance to elastic deformation increases, the brittleness increases, and the failure is more rapid. The stress-strain curve of EPS concrete under axial compression is divided into ascending segment, descending segment and oblique straight segment. On the basis of experimental research and theoretical analysis, the stress-strain curve function expression is proposed by fitting the correlation coefficient. The fitting result is in good agreement with the test curve, which provides a reference for the subsequent relevant research of EPS concrete and is of great significance.
