摘要

为研究部分充填式窄幅钢箱-UHPC组合梁的抗裂性能,开展了4根不同钢纤维掺量的部分充填式窄幅钢箱-UHPC组合梁与 1根部分充填式窄幅钢箱-NC组合梁静力加载试验.试验表明:在负弯矩作用下,部分充填式窄幅钢箱-UHPC组合梁裂缝呈现数量多、短小且密集的特点;同等配筋率的条件下,不同钢纤维掺量(0、1%、2%和 3%)部分充填式窄幅钢箱-UHPC组合梁与部分充填式窄幅钢箱-NC组合梁相比,在弹性阶段其刚度明显提高,最大裂缝宽度随钢纤维掺量的增加而减少,开裂强度分别提高了36.0%、48.8%、82.0%和 112.0%,UHPC显著提高了组合梁的抗裂性能;可以参考按照JTG 3362-2018中裂缝宽度式乘以 0.8的修正系数来计算部分充填式窄幅钢箱-UHPC组合梁裂缝宽度.

Abstract

In order to study the crack resistance of partially filled narrow steel box-UHPC composite beams,four partially filled narrow steel box-UHPC composite beams with different steel fiber content and one partially filled narrow steel box-NC composite beam were tested under static loading.The results show that the cracks of the partially filled narrow steel box-UHPC composite beam are numerous,short and dense under the action of negative bending moment.Equivalent reinforcement ratio under the condition of different steel fiber content(0,1%,2%and 3%)steel box-UHPC composite beams with partial filling type narrow narrow steel box-NC part filling type composite beams,compared to its stiffness increased significantly in the elastic stage,the maximum crack width decrease with the increase of steel fiber content,cracking strength by 36.0%,48.8%,82.0%and 112.0%,UHPC significantly improves the crack resistance of composite beams.The crack width of partially filled narrow steel box-UHPC composite beam can be calculated according to the crack width formula in the JTG 3362-2018 by the correction factor of 0.8.
