煤矸石混凝土裂缝扩展机理研究

为研究不同掺量煤矸石混凝土裂缝扩展机理,基于DIC法对不同掺量煤矸石混凝土进行三点弯曲断裂试验研究.结果:煤矸石掺量越多,破坏路径弯曲程度越小,裂缝扩展速度越快,煤矸石会被裂缝贯穿;煤矸石掺量越多,断裂性能各项指标均减小,水平位移和应变场也越小;达到极限荷载前裂尖两侧水平位移较小,极限荷载后出现跳跃式增大,并出现拐点,拐点后水平位移保持不变,水平位移场在达到极限荷载后,开始向上扩展,裂尖应变场逐渐增强;基于五参数模型,建立了不同掺量煤矸石混凝土微裂缝生成区边界面方程.
Study on crack propagation mechanism of coal gangue concrete
In order to study the crack propagation mechanism of coal gangue concrete,three-point bending fracture test of coal gangue concrete was carried out based on DIC method.The results show that the more the amount of coal gangue,the smaller the bending degree of the failure path,the faster the crack propagation speed,and the cracks penetrate through the coarse aggregate of coal gangue.The more coal gangue content,the smaller the fracture performance index and the smaller the horizontal displacement and strain field.Before the ultimate load,the horizontal displacement on both sides of the crack tip is small.After the ultimate load,there is a jumping increase,and there is a left and right inflection point.After the inflection point,the horizontal displacement remains unchanged.After the horizontal displacement field is subjected to the ultimate load,it expands upward,and the strain field at the crack tip gradually increases.The boundary surface equations of the micro-crack generation zone of concrete with different contents of coal gangue are established.
