Experimental study on ultra high performance cement based self leveling mortar
In order to improve the shortcomings of low construction efficiency,poor self leveling effect,and low fluidity caused by tradi-tional concrete surface leveling application of mortar,the experimental study focuses on ultra-high performance water mud based self lev-eling mortar.Determine the optimal water cement ratio through water cement ratio testing.Single factor experimental study on the effects of admixtures on the fluidity,strength,viscosity,and other properties of mortar.Research on the comprehensive impact of a multi-component cementitious material system on the performance of mortar and determine the optimal mix system.The experimental results show that(1)An appropriate water cement ratio can improve the stability of the slurry.The optimal water cement ratio is 0.25,with an initial flowability of 146 mm,a flexural strength of 6.64 MPa at 28 days,and a compressive strength of 26.97 MPa at 28 days.(2)The water retaining thickener improves the bleeding and uniformity of mortar.When the optimal dosage is 0.65 g,the viscosity value of mortar is 1 275 mPa·s.Latex powder determines the tensile bonding strength,and when the optimal dosage is 4.5 g,the tensile bonding strength value reaches 1.56 MPa.(3)The optimal cementitious material system is cement∶mineral powder∶fly ash∶gypsum=340 g∶30 g∶30 g∶30 g,with higher fluidity,no weakening of strength,and better comprehensive performance indicators.
