Study on flexural behavior of foamed concrete-concrete double laminated wallboard
Foamed concrete-concrete double laminated wallboard has the advantages of light weight, heat insulation and high strength, which is mainly used in the wall structure of buildings.Three groups of 12 composite slabs of reinforced truss structure were poured, and the flexural performance of the composite slabs was studied by considering the factors such as the diameter of the steel bars and the loading surface of different types of concrete. The results show that with the increase of steel bar diameter, the flexural performance of foam-concrete composite slab is improved obviously. However, when the loading surface is fine stone concrete layer, the bending ability of the laminated wallboard is weak, and the crack appears earlier and the deflection is larger in the later loading period. The foamed concrete surface should be used as the force surface and the crack development should be controlled in the design.Compared with the measured value,it is found that the measured value is much higher than the theoretical value, and the existing standard calculation method is not applicable to the concrete laminated wallboard, but the foamed concrete slab can basically meet the needs of the project and can be used as a lightweight load-bearing component.
