Design and performance study of concrete mix proportions for highway bridges
In order to study the use of C60 concrete for highway bridges, concrete mix design, optimization, and performance research were conducted.Obtain the foundation mix proportion through concrete foundation mix proportion design;Single factor test of fly ash to determine the impact of fly ash on performance and the optimal dosage;Determine the optimal aggregate ratio through aggregate proportion testing;Engineering application testing of concrete engineering adaptability. The results show that(1)The concrete slump value obtained from the basic mix design is 198 mm,and the 28 day compressive strength is only 60.58 MPa,which is far from sufficient strength surplus.(2)Fly ash has a significant impact on the flowability of concrete, and the optimal dosage is m(cement)∶m(fly ash)=400∶65.(3)The proportion of stones increases, and the slump expansion, air content, compressive strength, and splitting tensile strength of concrete all increase first and then decrease. The optimal aggregate ratio of stones∶artificial sand=110∶67 is determined.(4)The engineering application of C60 concrete for highway bridges has a slump of 202 mm,a slump extension of 585 mm,an air content of 3.5%,and a compressive strength of 67.78 MPa after 28 days.
