Simulated spraying and performance test research of tuff powder shotcrete
The simulated spraying and performance tests of shotcrete mixed with tuff powder are carried out for the first time, and the schemes of single-mixing fly ash and double-mixing fly ash and tuff powder are compared. The test results show that compared with the scheme of single-mixing fly ash,the addition of tuff powder slightly increases the water consumption of shotcrete, but it helps to improve the cohesion and compactness of the mixture and reduce the shot rebound. The shotcrete specimen meets the design requirements of C25W8F100,and the bond strength with the rock is from 0.89 MPa to 1.06 MPa,and the strength values of the concrete mixed with fly ash and tuff powder are slightly higher. The research results expand the application of tuff powder in shotcrete, and provide technical support for the development and popularization of new mineral admixtures.
