Study on the effect of different erosion factors on moisture transport of cementitious materials
In order to explore the influence of different factors on the water transport of cement-based materials, three kinds of mortar specimens with different water-binder ratios were made. The water transport characteristics of specimens with different initial saturation, different concentration of sodium sulfate capillary water absorption solution and different sodium sulfate erosion ages were studied. The experimental results show that the higher the water-cement ratio, the higher the water absorption capacity and water absorption rate. The higher the initial saturation of the specimen, the less the water absorption, and the lower the initial saturation will increase the initial transmission rate of the cement-based material. With the increase of the concentration of sodium sulfate solution, the water absorption of 2.5%and 5%sodium sulfate solution was higher than that of pure water, and that of 7.5%and 10%sodium sulfate solution was lower than that of pure water. After sulfate erosion, the initial water absorption coefficient of the specimen increases, and the total water absorption increases with the extension of the erosion age.
