Effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and steel fiber on the performance of UHPC
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)and steel fiber are important components of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),and their coupling effect has a significant impact on the working and mechanical performances of UHPC.Based on the slump and retention of freshly mixed UHPC and the compressive strength of hardened UHPC under the coupling effect of PCE and steel fiber,it deeply reveals the law of the coupling effect of PCE and steel fiber on the performance of UHPC.The results show that when the content of PCE is 3%and the content of steel fiber is 1.5%,the performance of UHPC is the best, the slump reaches 135 mm,the slump retention rate is about 66.7%,and the compressive strength reaches 144 MPa.
