Study on the influence of material composition on the properties of permeable concrete
In order to explore the effects of water-ash ratio,PAN fiber, silicone ash and binder on the properties of permeable concrete, permeability coefficient and compressive strength, the four-factor three-level orthogonal test was designed, and the porosity, permeability coefficient and compressive strength were analyzed by the method of extreme difference and variance, and the order and optimal combina-tion of influencing factors of each performance index were obtained. The test results show that the water-ash ratio has the greatest influence on the performance of permeable concrete, and the porosity and permeability coefficient of the specimen group are generally large, the maximum values are 27.41%,18.89 mm/s,and the maximum compressive strength is 22.2 MPa.The best combination of permeable con-crete in the specimen group is:water-ash ratio 0.31,PAN fiber dosage 0.6%,silica ash dosage 8%,binder dosage 2%~3%.Compressive strength and permeability coefficient can be established by Balshin,Ryshkewitch,Hasselman three model functions and porosity, and the fitting effect is better, with the increase of porosity, the compressive strength shows a downward trend, and the permeability coefficient shows an upward trend.
