Textile reinforced concrete(TRC)is a composite material composed of high performance fine aggregate concrete and fiber textile.TRC permanent formwork and core concrete constitute composite specimen. In order to reveal the chloride ion permeability of composite specimens and determine the permanent formwork thickness range, experimental research and calculation analysis were carried out on the chloride ion permeability resistance of TRC permanent formwork composite specimens.Experiment variables were TRC permanent thickness, the layer numbers of alkali-resistant fiber mesh and interface treatment methods. The results show that compared with no permanent formwork, when the thickness of TRC permanent formwork are from 10 mm to 50 mm,the chloride diffusion coefficient of the composite specimens decrease from 73.2%to 95.6%respectively.The alkali-resistant fiber mesh has no enhancement effect on the chloride ion permeability resistance of permanent formwork. The three interface treatment methods of cement paste brushing, surface chiseling and chopped fiber insertion have little effect on the chloride ion permeability of the composite specimens.According to the experiment results, the recommended thickness range of TRC permanent formwork in the different marine environment are given through quantitative calculation with reference to the Duracrete model.
