摘要

为提高输电线路基础混凝土拌合物流变性能、对低养护施工环境的适应性、防腐性能,试验研究灌注桩混凝土配合比、4种外防护材料对低养护环境下混凝土性能的影响.结果表明:掺加矿渣粉混凝土、硅灰与防腐降黏型掺合料混凝土的倒置坍落度筒排空时间分别降低至纯水泥混凝土的72%、16%.掺加矿物掺合料混凝土在低养护环境下的56 d、90 d、180 d抗压强度可分别达到纯水泥混凝土的约90%、100%、100%.掺加矿渣粉混凝土、硅灰与防腐降黏型掺合料混凝土在低养护环境下的抗氯离子渗透性较纯水泥混凝土分别提升1倍、3倍以上.涂刷外防护材料能够分别提升混凝土抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能约10%、100%以上.

Abstract

In order to improve the rheological properties,adaptability to low-curing construction environment,and anti-corrosion per-formance of the concrete for transmission line foundation,the effects of cast-in-place pile concrete mix ratio and four external protective materials on concrete performance in low-curing environments were experimentally studied.The results show that the emptying time of the inverted slump cylinder of concrete mixed with slag powder,silica fume and anti-corrosion and viscosity-reducing admixture is re-duced to 72%and 16%of that of pure cement concrete,respectively.The 56 d,90 d,and 180 d compressive strengths of concrete mixed with mineral admixtures can reach about 90%,100%,and 100%of that of pure cement concrete,respectively,in a low-maintenance en-vironment.The anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete mixed with slag powder concrete,silica fume and anti-corrosion and viscosi-ty-reducing admixture in low-maintenance environment is 1 times and 3 times higher than that of pure cement concrete,respectively.Brushing the outer protective material can improve the concrete compressive strength and chloride ion penetration resistance by about 10%and more than 100%,respectively.
