Effect of a high antifreeze agent on the frost resistance of concrete
The effect of a high antifreeze agent on the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete compared with the aerophetic agent was mainly studied. The results show that compared with the addition of an inducing agent to concrete, the addition of high antifreeze agent has a more significant effect on the antifreeze performance of concrete, especially in concrete with strength grade C30,after 300 freeze-thaw cycles, compared with the sample with inducer, the elastic mold ratio is increased from 57.3%to 87.4%.And after 300 freeze-thaw cycles, the addition of high antifreeze increased from 61.4%to 90.5%compared with the addition of an introducing agent. In the C40 strength group, after 300 freeze-thaw cycles, the elastic mold ratio of the highly antifreeze sample was increased from 61.4%to 90.5%compared with the sample with the addition of the introducing agent.lt can be seen that the high resistance agent has greatly improved the frost resistance of C30 and C40 strength grade specimens. And add high antifreeze C30,C40,C50 specimens in 28 d.The compressive strength is 39.9 MPa,48.2 MPa and 56.9 MPa respectively, which meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 50107-2010"Concrete Strength Inspection and Evaluation Standards"for C30,C40 and C50 strength grades.
