Study on the basic performances of cement internal cured by SAP based on the material varieties
In order to study the effects of SAP types on different cements, three types of SAP:B,C and D,were coupled with 32.5 grade slag-type silicate cement and 42.5 grade ordinary silicate cement to analyze the basic properties of cements from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives. The results show that SAP of type B is superior to type C and D.SAP of type B can improve the flexural strength of cement mortar and reduce the compressive strength. Both SAP of type C and D reduce the strength of cement mortar. In addition, the incorporation of SAP can increase the standard consistency water consumption of both cements and prolong the initial and final setting time.In summary, the SAP internal conservation effect can form a"water storage and release reservoir"inside the cement paste, thus improving the basic properties of cement and providing a theoretical basis for subsequent engineering applications.
