混凝土智能养护系统的设计与其应用效果分析

地下混凝土结构工程中,干缩裂缝与塑性收缩裂缝可以通过有效的外部养护来减轻或避免.目前工程中的养护较多的采用人工养护,该方式存在湿度检测有误差、人工养护不规范且成本高、养护喷水量与时机不可控等问题.这导致外部养护难以充分发挥作用.设计的智能养护系统是通过单片机的方式实现养护的自动化处理分析与控制,采用图像识别技术优化养护阈值,基于试验设计配套的养护制度,实现智能养护系统在地下结构工程中的应用,对消除混凝土内外温湿度差,提升抗压强度、减少混凝土裂缝以及节约水资源有着积极的意义.
Design and application effect analysis of concrete intelligent curing system
In underground concrete structure engineering,dry shrinkage cracking and plastic shrinkage cracking can be alleviated by in-telligent maintenance.At present,most construction projects use manual maintenance,which has some problems,for example,there are some error in humidity identification.Manual maintenance is often non-standard and costly.Maintenance time and degree cannot be con-trolled.The failure of maintenance to play a full role is caused by these problems.Intelligent maintenance system is through the SCM analy-sis control function so that maintenance can realize automation.It also optimizes the maintenance threshold through image recognition tech-nology.And it can conform to the maintenance system on site according to the test design.Ultimately,the difference in temperature and hu-midity between the inside and outside of the concrete can be reduced,the compressive strength can be improved,concrete cracks can be re-duced,and water resources can be saved.
