Study on the preparation and performance of high grade crack resistance and corrosion resistance concrete for mass concrete engineering
It compares the compressive strength, accumulative hydration heat,non-evaporable water content,auto-shrinkage deformation and resistance to chloride penetration of C45 and C60 concrete materials prepared by high ferrite Portland cement and ordinary Portland cement. The results showed that the crack and corrosion resistance of C45 and C60 high ferrite cement concrete prepared with high ferrite Portland cement as the key material, supplemented with high content of fly ash and slag composite mineral admixture, have excellent pcrformance. The adiabatic temperature rise of C45 high ferrite cement concrete in 3 d was only 19.41 ℃,and the non-evaporable water contents of 28 d and 56 d were 20.91%and 25.66%respectively.Compared with ordinary Portland cement concrete, the auto-shrinkage in 28 d was reduced by 17.74%,the chloride diffusion coefficient in 56 d was reduced by 36.71%,and the electric flux in 56 d is 1.99%lower.The adiabatic temperature rise of C60 high ferrite cement concrete was only 23.00 ℃ in 3 d,and the non-evaporable water contents in 28 d and 56 d were 20.06%and 29.05%respectively.Compared with ordinary Portland cement concrete, the 28 d auto-shrinkage was reduced by 11.21%,the chloride diffusion coefficient in 56 d was reduced by 15.60%,and the 56 d electric flux was reduced by 3.36%.The cementitious materials of high ferrite cement concrete are more fully hydrated in the later period, which improves the crack and corrosion resistance of high grade mass concrete.
