Study on the preparation and durability of lining concrete under the coupling action of erosion environment
Discusses the influence of natural erosion,freeze-thaw-sulfate erosion,dry-wet-sulfate erosion and freeze-thaw-dry-wet-sulfate erosion on the loss of fly ash concrete. The erosion mechanism of lining concrete under the coupling action of erosion environment is analyzed. The results show that when the content of fly ash is 0 and 20%,the mass loss rate of fly ash concrete in the freeze-thaw cycle increases with the number of freeze-thaw cycles, while the mass loss rate of 20%fly ash in the freeze-thaw cycle is relatively low.Under the coupling action of four kinds of erosion environments, with the extension of erosion time, the quality of lining fly ash concrete increases first and then decreases. In different erosion environments,freeze-thaw-dry-wet-sulfate erosion has the most serious impact on the quality loss of lining fly ash concrete, followed by dry-wet-sulfate erosion, and sulfate erosion has the least impact on the quality loss. The addition of fly ash will increase the density of concrete and reduce the migration rate of sulfate ions, etc. The corrosion products formed under the coupling of complex environment will be relatively small, which can improve the sulfate corrosion resistance of lining fly ash concrete.
