Study on influencing factors of water absorption and chloride ion penetration resistance of recycled sand concrete
In order to ascertain the characteristics of water absorption and chloride ion permeability resistance of recycled sand con-crete,the effects of five factors on the volume water absorption,softening coefficient and electric flux of recycled sand concrete were investi gated,including the ratio of water to binder(0.37,0.45,0.58),the replacement ratio of recycled sand(0,30%,50%,70%,100%),the content of fine powder in the recycled sand(3%,7%,10%),the type and amount of mineral admixtures and the pre-wetting degree of recycled sand(0,50%,100%).The influence level of different factors on the water absorption and chloride ion permeability resistance of recycled sand concrete were compared.The results show that with the increase of replacement ratio of recycled sand and fine powder content,the water absorption performance of concrete is enhanced,the water resistance is reduced,and the chloride ion penetration resistance is decrease.The water absorption and the chloride ion penetration resistance of recycled sand concrete can be improved in different degree by adding ternary composite mineral admixtures(15%fly ash+15%slag powder+8%silica fume),decreasing the water-binder ratio and increasing the pre-wetting degree of recycled sand.
