Study on preparation and performance of mass concrete for pile cap of main tower of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge
On the premise of meeting the requirements of working performance and mechanical properties,the effects of mineral admixture types and contents on the hydration heat and shrinkage deformation of concrete were studied.Results showed that adding mineral powder can reduce the heat release rate of early hydration,but increase the total heat release and increase the self-shrinkage of concrete.On the basis of mix proportion optimization,the low-temperature-rise and crack-resistant C40 concrete was prepared by adding the anti-cracking agent with coordinated control of hydration rate and expansion process.The adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete at 7 d is less than 40 ℃,the ratio of adiabatic temperature rise at 1 d to 7 d is less than 50%,and the autogenous volume expansion deformation at 60 d is more than 140 με,which meets the crack resistance design requirements of mass concrete for the main tower of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge.
