沿黄河道构筑物大掺量再生骨料混凝土的应用性能

为了充分利用沿黄河道构筑物拆除得到的废弃混凝土,将其破碎为再生骨料并重新用于河道护坡工程中是一种低碳发展途径.为此,就地取材,制备了再生骨料混凝土,探究了再生混凝土的力学性能与耐久性,并分析了其在河道护坡应用的可行性.研究结果显示,相比于天然骨料混凝土,当再生细骨料、再生粗骨料、再生骨料复合掺量分别不超过70%、50%、30%时,再生骨料混凝土抗压强度的下降范围可控制在20%以内;再生混凝土(HDX50、HDX70、HDC50)的抗碳化性以及HDC50的抗冻性均有所减弱,但HDX50、HDX70的抗冻性却略有提升.此外,综合考虑性能及利用率,再生骨料混凝土 HDX70的效果最佳,可用于制备再生混凝土护坡砌块应用于护坡工程当中.
Application performance of large volume recycled aggregate concrete for structures along the Yellow River
In order to make full use of the waste concrete removed from the structures along the Yellow River,it is a low-carbon development way to break it into recycled aggregate and reuse it in the river slope protection project.For this reason,it uses local materials to prepare recycled aggregate concrete,explores the mechanical properties and durability of recycled concrete,and analyzes the feasibility of its application in river slope protection.The results show that compared with natural aggregate concrete,when the composite content of recycled fine aggregate,recycled coarse aggregate and recycled aggregate does not exceed 70%,50%and 30%respectively,the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete can be controlled within 20%.The carbonation resistance of recycled concrete(HDX50,HDX70,HDC50)and the frost resistance of HDC50 are weakened,but the frost resistance of HDX50 and HDX70 is slightly improved.In addition,considering the performance and utilization ratio,recycled aggregate concrete HDX70 has the best effect,it can be used to prepare recycled concrete slope protection blocks and apply them to slope protection works.
