高吸水树脂对湿接缝的收缩及弯剪性能影响

为改善桥梁湿接缝混凝土的早期收缩开裂以湿接缝界面的抗弯剪情况,选择高吸水树脂(SAP)添加到湿接缝混凝土中作为自养护剂,通过混凝土收缩试验得出不同SAP掺量下的混凝土收缩应变,优选出合理的SAP掺量.并通过三点弯曲和抗剪试验模拟湿接缝结构的受力状态,对比4种不同界面下自养护混凝土和普通混凝土湿接缝界面的抗弯剪性能.结果表明:不同掺量的SAP对湿接缝混凝土早期收缩应变影响程度不同,经收缩试验结果分析推荐SAP掺量以2‰为宜.4种不同界面工艺下自养护混凝土湿接缝界面的抗弯强度和抗剪强度均优于普通混凝土湿接缝界面.可见合理的SAP掺加量可对混凝土的收缩变形起到抑制作用并提高湿接缝混凝土界面的抗弯剪性能.
Effect of super absorbent polymer on shrinkage and flexural shear properties of wet joint
In order to improve the early shrinkage cracking of bridge wet joint concrete and the flexural shear resistance of the wet joint interface,high water absorption resin(SAP)was selected as a self curing agent to add to the wet joint concrete.The shrinkage strain of concrete under different SAP dosages was obtained through concrete shrinkage tests,and a reasonable SAP dosage was selected.And simulate the stress state of the wet joint structure through three-point bending and shear tests,and compare the bending and shear performance of the self curing concrete and ordinary concrete wet joint interfaces under four different interfaces.The results indicate that different amounts of SAP have varying degrees of influence on the early shrinkage strain of wet joint concrete.Based on the analysis of shrinkage test results,it is recommended that the SAP dosage be 2%o.The bending strength and shear strength of the self curing concrete wet joint interface under four different interface processes are superior to that of the ordinary concrete wet joint interface.It can be seen that a reasonable amount of SAP addition can inhibit the shrinkage deformation of concrete and improve the bending and shear resistance of the wet joint concrete interface.
