摘要

通过切口梁三点弯曲与棱柱体试件单轴受压试验,研究了干湿循环作用下硫酸盐侵蚀对混凝土断裂韧度及相关力学参数的影响.结果表明:硫酸盐溶液干湿循环作用对混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量及断裂韧度影响明显;随着干湿循环次数增加,抗压强度、弹性模量及断裂韧度均呈减小趋势;在分析试验结果的基础上,建立了损伤函数、断裂韧度损失率计算式,有助于分析硫酸盐溶液干湿循环作用后混凝土损伤特性并预测断裂韧度变化趋势.

Abstract

Through the three-point bending test on the notched beams and single axial compression test on prismatic specimens of concrete after wet-dry cycle of sulfate solution,the effects of wet-dry cycle of sulfate solution upon the fracture toughness and mechanical parameters of concrete were studied.The results show that wet-dry cycle of sulfate solution has significant influences on compressive strength,elastic modulus and fracture toughness of concrete.The compressive strength,elastic modulus and fracture toughness of concrete decrease as wet-dry cycle times increase.Based on the test results,the damage function and loss rate formula of fracture toughness are established and are helpful to analyze the damage characteristic and predict fracture toughness of concrete after wet-dry cycle of sulfate solution.
