摘要

在UHPC中掺入粗骨料制备出含粗骨料超高性能混凝土(UHPC-CA),通过立方体抗压强度试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验、抗冻融循环试验及抗硫酸盐腐蚀试验,研究不同的粗骨料体积掺量(0、15%、30%、40%)和钢纤维体积掺量(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对UHPC-CA力学性能和耐久性能的影响.结果表明:随着钢纤维掺量的增加,UHPC-CA立方体抗压强度总体呈上升趋势,但当钢纤维体积掺量达到2%时,部分组别抗压强度略有下降;随着粗骨料掺量的增加,UHPC-CA的抗压强度先增大后减小.随着钢纤维掺量的增加,UHPC-CA劈裂抗拉强度有所提高,当钢纤维体积掺量达到2%时,劈拉强度最大可提升86.9%,而粗骨料掺入会对劈拉强度产生不利影响.耐久性方面,钢纤维掺量的增加能够改善UHPC-CA的抗冻融和抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能,而粗骨料的掺入则会对其耐久性产生不利影响.

Abstract

Coarse aggregate was incorporated in UHPC to prepare ultra-high-performance concrete with coarse aggregate(UHPC-CA),and the effects of different volume fractions of coarse aggregate(0,15%,30%,40%)and steel fiber volume fractions(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%)on the mechanical and durability properties of UHPC-CA were investigated through cube compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test,freeze-thaw cycle test and sulfate corrosion resistance test.The results show that the cube compressive strength of UHPC-CA generally increases with the increase of steel fiber content,but some groups show a slight decrease when the steel fiber volume fraction reaches 2%.The compressive strength of UHPC-CA first increases and then decreases with the increase of coarse aggregate content.The splitting tensile strength of UHPC-CA increases with the increase of steel fiber content,and the maximum increase in splitting tensile strength is 86.9%when the steel fiber volume fraction reaches 2%,while the addition of coarse aggregate has a negative effect on splitting tensile strength.Regarding durability,the increase of steel fiber content improves the freeze-thaw and sulfate corrosion resistance of UHPC-CA,while the addition of coarse aggregate has a negative effect on its durability.
