UHPC节段梁具有结构质量相对轻、施工速度快、维护成本低等特点,如今已应用于许多桥梁工程.节段梁桥接缝中的剪力键是节承载剪力重要的部分,是国内外学者的重点研究对象.依托中开高速公路项目对UHPC无腹筋预应力组合节段梁接缝进行足尺直剪试验,分析研究试验梁的破坏模态,并建立有限元模型进行进一步分析.研究结果表明剪力键稀齿布设是可行的,接缝抗剪承载能力主要由上部剪力键、接缝接触面以及预应力筋来承担.
Straight shear foot rule test study of UHPC webless prestressed U-shaped composite segmental girder joints
Ultra high performance hybrid segmental girders have the characteristics of relatively light structural weight,fast construction speed and low maintenance cost,which are nowadays applied in many bridge projects.The shear key in the joints of segmental girder bridge is an important part of the section bearing shear force,which is the key research object of scholars at home and abroad.It relies on the Zhongkai Expressway project on ultra-high-performance mix without web prestressing combination of segmental girder joints foot straight shear test,analysis and study of the damage modes of the test beams,and the establishment of finite element model for further analysis.The results show that it is feasible to set up the shear keys with sparse teeth,and the shear bearing capacity of the joints is mainly borne by the upper shear keys,the contact surface of the joints and the prestressing tendons.Moreover,the finite element model can better reflect the mechanical properties of the test beam.
