Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ concrete structure,prefabricated building construction technology is a new type of modern building mode with the advantages of effectively improving the construction efficiency,shortening the construction period,safety and environmental protection,reducing the construction process and material loss,which has become the development trend of the con-struction industry.Generally speaking,the exiting prefabricated buildings adopt monolithic precast construction structure.Rigid connection is used for components.The seismic performance of the joint affects the seismic resistance of the whole structure.It still needs to comply with principles of strong node,strong anchorage,strong shear weak bending,so as to ensure the overall stability of the structure,improve the ductility of the structure,and effectively prevent the structure from being damaged under the action of external forces,such as earth-quake.The qualitative analysis method is used to study the joint connection quality of prefabricated buildings,and the factors affecting the joint quality of prefabricated buildings are comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the joint quality of components is directly relat-ed to the safety,durability and performance of prefabricated buildings.The anchoring form,specifications,quantity,time and strength of hole grouting,and the form of node used at the joint of the rebar all have a significant impact on the seismic performance of the prefabricat-ed building.lt provides theoretical support for the realization of high-quality of prefabricated building,reveals the key factors affecting the quality of component connection,and puts forward feasible quality control measures,which provides technical support for the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings,and has positive significance for promoting the healthy development of prefabricated buildings.
