It investigates the safety concerns regarding track layout in the prefabricated component production line, particularly the deformation of the CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track subjected to the load of prefabricated components.Through the analytical approach of the elastic foundation composite beam and finite element simulation, the influence rules of various load conditions on the track displacement distribution are examined. The outcomes reveal that the component load exerts a considerable influence on the displacement at the end of the track within the characteristic length range. As the load shifts towards the interior of the beam, the displacement gradually reduces and tends to stabilize. It further discovers that the conditions of the foundation soil layer and the track stiffness are the primary factors influencing the track deformation. The magnitude of the track deformation displacement is inversely correlated with the compressive modulus of the foundation and the flexural stiffness of the concrete structure layer.
