摘要

为研究在不同的吊装角度下预埋吊件的受力性能,给出预埋吊件不同吊装角度极限承载力相对垂直吊装的角度系数,确保吊装工程安全施工.对3种不同的预埋吊件在4种吊装角度下进行受力试验,观察预埋吊件试件破坏模式,分析荷载-位移曲线,将试验结果同现行规范中拉剪作用下的椭圆方程曲线拟合分析,并通过有限元对试验进行模拟分析.预埋吊件的极限承载力随吊装角度增加而增加,当埋深较大时预埋吊件的极限承载力主要受剪力所引起的混凝土横向开裂所影响,当吊装角度为45°、60°与75°时,角度系数分别为2.60、2.03与1.47.结论为预埋吊件吊装角度越大,极限承载力越大,在吊装工程中,应采用垂直吊装,若采用其他角度吊装,应考虑相应的安全角度系数.

Abstract

In order to research the mechanical performance of embedded anchor under different hoisting angles,and give the angle coefficient of the ultimate bearing capacity of embedded anchor under different hoisting angles relative to the vertical hoisting,so as to ensure the safe construction of the hoisting project.Carry out stress tests on 3 different embedded anchor at 4 hoisting angles,observe the failure mode of embedded anchor,analyze the load-displacement curve,fit the test results with the elliptic equation curve of tension shear action in the current specification,and simulate the test through finite element analysis.The ultimate bearing capacity of embedded anchor increases with the increase of hoisting angle.When the burial depth is large,the ultimate bearing capacity of embedded anchor is mainly affected by the transverse cracking of concrete caused by shear.When the hoisting angle is 45°,60° and 75°,the angle coefficients are 2.60,2.03 and 1.47 respectively.The results show that increasing the hoisting angle can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of embedded anchor.In the hoisting projects,vertical lifting shall be adopted.If other angles are adopted,the corresponding safety angle coefficient shall be considered.
