微胶囊技术在自愈合混凝土中的研究进展

混凝土材料在工程应用中的老化是不可避免的,裂缝的产生是造成混凝土结构性能劣化的主要原因,每年为了维护和修复混凝土裂缝世界各国均消耗了大量的资金.微胶囊自愈合混凝土的研究为混凝土结构的修复提供了新的方法.通过对国内外已有的微胶囊自愈合混凝土研究现状进行分析,总结介绍了制备微胶囊的常用材料、制备工艺并分析了其中的优缺点;综述了微胶囊对混凝土自愈合效果的评价,并从实际应用工程应用出发,分析了目前微胶囊自愈合混凝土应用上所存在的问题;最后提出了生产下一代微胶囊自愈合混凝土所面临的挑战和研究方向,为今后微胶囊自愈合混凝土的研究提供参考.
Research progress of microcapsule technology in self-healing concrete
The aging of concrete materials in engineering applications is inevitable,and the generation of cracks is the main cause of the deterioration of concrete structure performance.Each year,countries around the world consume a large amount of funds for the main-tenance and repair of concrete cracks.The study of microcapsule self-healing concrete provides a new method for repairing concrete structures.It analyzes the research status of microcapsule self-healing concrete at home and abroad,summarizes the commonly used ma-terials and preparation processes for microcapsules,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.It reviews the evaluation of the self-healing effect of microcapsules on concrete,and from the perspective of practical engineering applications,analyzes the problems currently existing in the application of microcapsule self-healing concrete.Finally,the challenges and research directions faced by the production of the next generation of microcapsule self-healing concrete are proposed,providing a reference for future research on micro-capsule self-healing concrete.
