Study on the model parameters for metro shield cutterhead cutting concrete piles
JH-2(Johnson-Holmquist-2)constitutive model in concrete is introduced to the cutting steel concrete piles of metro shield,the method of obtaining JH-2 parameters of C30 concrete is put forward,suitable parameters for C30 concrete is obtained.ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the failure of concrete is adopted,with the help of ALE adaptive mesh controls and the damage failure criterion of the element deletion function,the compression test of the three-dimensional standard concrete test block is simulated,one three-dimensional concrete pile foundation and simplified shield machine cutter to simulate shield machine cutter cutting pile test is built,the numerical analysis of the cutter torque is compared with the measured data in construction,and studies show that JH-2 model is applied to the numerical simulation of shield cutting dynamic failure of concrete.The damage parameters of C30 concrete in the JH-2 model are obtained by simulating the compression test of concrete specimens,and it is more appropriate that D1=D2=0.45.The failure form of concrete in the calculation example is brittle fracture during the cutting steel concrete piles of metro shield,which is a highly nonlinear process.
