Experimental study and engineering application of high durability compensated shrinkage concrete
In order to meet the requirements of high durability compensating shrinkage of concrete in the pier area of Terminal 3 of Changsha Huanghua Airport,C35 high durability compensated shrinkage concrete was prepared,and the effects of single fly ash,composite mineral powder and fly ash,and content of expansion agent on the mechanical properties,limited expansion rate,and durability of this type of concrete were studied.The results show that the optimal mix proportion for high durability compensated shrinkage concrete is C35-3 group.Practical engineering applications show that the compressive strength of concrete at 28 d is 47.2 MPa,the limited expansion rate in water at 14 d is 2.6×10-4,the drying shrinkage at 28 d is 189με,the electrical flux at 28 d is 284 C,the carbonation depth at 28 d is 12 mm,and the resistance to sulfate corrosion reaches KS90,all of which meet the requirements for engineering use.
