不同改性剂对硫氧镁平板性能的影响

分别研究了丙二酸、柠檬酸和苹果酸的掺量(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%)对硫氧镁平板工作性和力学性能的影响,并进行了微观机理分析.结果表明:掺入丙二酸或苹果酸基本上降低了硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间,而掺入柠檬酸延长了硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间;掺入适量丙二酸、柠檬酸或苹果酸均能提高硫氧镁水泥的抗折和抗压强度;丙二酸、柠檬酸和苹果酸能在一定程度上抑制Mg(OH)2生成,促进5·1·7相形成,从而提高基体密实度,降低孔隙率.
Influence of different modifiers on properties of magnesium sulphide plate
The effects of the contents of succinic acid,citric acid,and malic acid(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%)on the workability and mechanical properties of magnesium sulphide plate were studied separately,and the micro mechanism analysis was conducted.The results show that the addition of succinic acid or malic acid basically reduces the setting time of magnesium oxychloride cement,while the addition of citric acid prolongs the setting time of magnesium oxychloride cement.Adding appropriate content of succinic acid,citric acid,or malic acid can improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of magnesium oxychloride cement.Malonic acid,citric acid,and malic acid can inhibit the formation of Mg(OH)2 to a certain extent,promote the formation of 5·1·7 phase,thus improving the compactness of the matrix and reducing porosity.
