以不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)和大理石尾矿为主要原材料制备了树脂混凝土,研究了 UPR掺量(7.7%、9.1%、9.6%、10.0%)和m尾矿粉∶m 尾矿砂(0∶1.0、0.3∶1.0、0.6∶1.0、0.8∶1.0、1.0∶1.0)对树脂混凝土性能的影响,并进行了微观机理分析.结果表明:随着UPR掺量的降低,试样的压缩强度和弯曲强度均降低;在UPR掺量为7.7%的情况下,随着尾矿粉掺量的增加(即尾矿砂掺量降低),试样的压缩强度和弯曲强度均先增大后减小,最佳m尾矿粉∶m尾矿砂为0.6∶1.0;合理调整m 尾矿粉∶m尾矿砂可有效提高树脂混凝土的在固化过程中的热传导速率,改善微观结构,且不会对固化产物的化学结构和结晶性能造成影响,环境和经济效益显著.
Study on performance of unsaturated polyester resin concrete with marble tailings
Resin concrete was prepared by using unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)and marble tailings as the main raw materials.The effects of the content of UPR(7.7%、9.1%、9.6%、10.0%) and mtailigs powder∶mtailings sand(0∶1.0,0.3∶1.0,0.6∶1.0,0.8∶1.0,1.0∶1.0)on the properties of resin concrete were studied,and the micro mechanism analysis was conducted.The results show that with the decrease of the content of UPR,the compressive strength and bending strength of the sample decrease.Under the condition of the UPR content of 7.7%,as the content of tailings powder increases(i.e.the content of tailings sand decreases),the compressive strength and bending strength of the sample first increase and then decrease,and the optimal mtailings powder∶mtailing sand is 0.6∶1.0.Reasonable adjustment of the mtailings powder∶mtailing sand can effectively improve the thermal conductivity rate of resin concrete during the curing process,improve the microstructure,and will not affect the chemical structure and crystallization properties of the cured products,resulting in significant environmental and economic benefits.
