循环流化床炉渣基地质聚合物的制备及性能研究

以循环流化床(CFB)炉渣为主要原材料,掺入适量Na2SiO3、KOH、NaCl三元复合激发剂制备了地质聚合物,研究了其力学性能和抗海水侵蚀性能,并进行了微观分析.结果表明:制备的炉渣基地质聚合物具有早强特性,7 d抗压强度可达61.62 MPa;复合激发剂可促进炉渣中的石英和蓝晶石相活化,改变钙长石相的晶体结构,生成大量无定形相,使基体内部结构更密实;炉渣基地质聚合物在淡水和模拟海水中干湿循环28次后的抗压强度分别为49.66 MPa和 38.41 MPa.
Preparation and performance study of circulating fluidized bed slag-based geopolymer
A geopolymer was prepared by using circulating fluidized bed(CFB)slag as the main raw material,with an appropriate content of Na2SiO3,KOH,and NaCl ternary composite activator added.The mechanical properties and resistance to seawater erosion were studied,and the microscopic analysis was conducted.The results show that the prepared slag-based geopolymer has early strength characteristics,with the 7 d compressive strength of 61.62 MPa.Composite activators can promote the activation of quartz and kyanite phases in slag,alter the crystal structure of calcium feldspar phases,and generate a large amount of amorphous phases,thus makinge the internal structure of the matrix more compact.The compressive strength of slag-based geopolymer after 28 times of dry-wet cycles in water and simulated seawater is 49.66 MPa and 38.41 MPa,respectively.
