摘要
用磷石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣粉、硫铝酸盐水泥、激发剂制备了磷石膏基胶凝材料,研究了其细度、比表面积、标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性、水化热、力学性能和耐水性能,以及该胶凝体系C30 混凝土的工作性、抗压强度和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并进行了微观分析.结果表明:磷石膏基胶凝材料的细度为 7.9%,比表面积为 387 m2/kg,标准稠度用水量为 29.1%,初、终凝时间分别为 162 min、553 min,安定性合格,1、3、7 d水化热分别为 92、151、175 kJ/kg,3 d、28 d抗压强度均满足P·O 42.5 级水泥要求,耐水系数为 0.93;磷石膏基胶凝材料混凝土的工作性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能均较好,28d抗压强度为 36.6 MPa,满足C30 设计强度等级要求.
Abstract
Phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials were prepared with phosphogypsum,fly ash,slag powder,sulfoaluminate cement and activator,and its fineness,specific surface area,standard consistency water consumption,setting time,stability,hydration heat,mechanical properties and water resistance were investigated.The workability,compressive strength,and sulfate attack resistance of C30 concrete with phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials system were studied,and microanalysis were carried out.The results indicate that the fineness of phosphogypsum-based cementitious material is 7.9%,the specific surface area is 387 m2/kg,the standard consistency water consumption is 29.1%,the initial and final setting time is 162 min and 553 min,respectively.The stability of phosphogypsum-based cementitious material is qualified,and the hydration heat at 1 d,3 d and 7 d is 92 kJ/kg,151 kJ/kg and 175 kJ/kg,respectively.The 3 d and 28 d compressive strength of phosphogypsum-based cementitious material meet the requirements of P·O 42.5 grade cement,and the water resistance coefficient is 0.93.The workability and sulfate attack resistance of concrete with phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials is good,and the 28 d compressive strength is 36.6 MPa,meeting the requirement of C30 design strength grade.
