Expression and Clinical application of HOXC9 based on bioinformatics analysis of Neuroblastoma
Objective Investigate the correlation between the expression of HOXC9 in neuroblastoma(NB)in children and the Clini-cal application.Methods The data set of NB gene expression was selected from TARGET database,and differential expressed gene(DEG)was analyzed,then,the DAVID database was used to analyze the enrichment of DEG,further screen out the key genes of NB and analyze the prognosis.Besides,collected specimens of surgical tumor tissues from 36 cases with NB,to observe the expression of HOXC9 by assay of Quan-titative Real-time PCR and analyze the association between the expression and feature of NB.Results A total of 681 DEGs were selected out,including 70 key prognostic genes were selected.The survival analysis showed that the low expression level of key genes was related to the ad-verse prognosis.The level of HOXC9 expression in NB was associated with several factors,such as age,clinical tumor-node-metastasis stage,and metastasis status.Conclusion HOXC9 is associated with the development and prognosis of NB.
