Curative effect of percutaneous liver puncture and laparoscopic surgery on bacterial liver abscess
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver puncture and laparoscopic drainage in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess(PLA)patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients with bacterial liver abscess who received minimally invasive surgery at Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2022 to March 2023.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture group(group A,34 ca-ses)and laparoscopic puncture drainage group(group B,34 cases). The patients were followed up and the treatment effects were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).There was a statisti-cally significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The difference in temperature re-covery time, white blood cell recovery time, extubation time, hospitalization time, and hospitalization cost between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture and laparoscopic puncture in patients with bacterial liver abscess.Drainage has advantages such as minimally invasive, minimal complications, and fast postoperative recovery.Ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture is more convenient and applicable.
