摘要
直肠癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,手术是最有效的治疗手段.随着腹腔镜设备的更新及手术水平的提升,腹腔镜直肠癌根治术已成为首选.手术团队间的默契配合是手术成功的关键.本文通过对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中各个重要操作场景的详细讲解,阐述第一助手的操作要领及配合方法.
Abstract
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,and surgery is the most effective treatment method.With the update of laparoscopic equipment and the improvement of surgical skills,laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has become the preferred option.The tacit cooperation among the surgical team is key to the success of the operation.This article provides a detailed explana-tion of each important operative scene in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,expounding on the operating essentials and cooperation methods of the first assistant.
