摘要
目的 运用PEST分析的创新方法,对DRG/DIP模式下日间手术运营管理进行探索,以期为管理者提供新的思路.方法 根据PEST分析框架,提取关键指标进行分析,根据上述数据和文献分析,提出创新的日间手术运营管理策略.结果 需要推动DRG/DIP政策的修订和完善,同时加强手术管理规范,以促进日间手术管理创新;合理分配医疗资源,降低成本,提高综合效益;深入了解患者需求,提高服务质量;加强日间手术管理信息平台建设和全程管理与监测,积极开展新技术,满足患者高品质医疗服务需求.结论 推动日间手术持续高质量发展,必须完善相关规范和制度,加强全流程管理.
Abstract
Objective Using the innovative methodology of PEST analysis,this study explores the operational management of day sur-gery under the DRG/DIP model,aiming to provide new insights for managers.Methods Key indicators were extracted and analyzed based on the PEST analysis framework.Innovative strategies for day surgery operational management were proposed through data analysis and literature re-view.Results Revised and improved policies regarding DRG/DIP are necessary to promote innovation in day surgery management.It is essen-tial to enhance surgical management protocols to optimize resource allocation,reduce costs,and improve overall efficiency.Additionally,under-standing patient needs and improving service quality are crucial.Strengthening the construction of the day surgery management information plat-form,implementing comprehensive management and monitoring,actively adopting new technologies,and meeting the high-quality medical serv-ice demands of patients are recommended.Conclusion To achieve sustained high-quality development of day surgery,it is imperative to im-prove relevant regulations and systems and strengthen comprehensive management.
