Application of Flipped Classroom Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Surgical Teaching for Resi-dent Physicians in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital
Objective To explore the application value of the flipped classroom teaching method in the standardized training of resident doctors in surgical teaching.Methods A total of 60 students who were transferred to general surgery from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,and they were taught by the flipped classroom teaching model and the traditional teaching model.After the completion of the teaching,the basic knowledge and clinical skills will be assessed,and the self-assessment of the self-learning ability assessment scale and general self-efficacy scale of medical students will be carried out.To evaluate the effect of the flipped classroom teaching method.Enter the results in-to SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis.Results Compared with the traditional education model,the flipped classroom teaching method can significantly improve the basic knowledge and clinical skills of the regular training students(P<0.05).The standardized training of resi-dent residents who have undergone the flipped classroom teaching model have higher independent learning ability and general self-efficacy than those under the traditional teaching model(P<0.001).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method is helpful to improve the surgical teaching effect during the standardized training of residents.Stimulate the learning motivation of the standardized training of resident residents.
