Application effect of perioperative nursing intervention under concept of enhanced recovery after surgery for ster-eotactic hematoma aspiration with Remote medical robot
Objective To evaluate the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for stereotactic hematoma aspiration with the Remote medical robot. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with hy-pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH)were retrospectively analyzed in the Department of Neurosurgery of Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and according to perioperative intervention methods, all subjects were divided into control group and ERAS group,39 cases in each group. The perioperative data were collected and compared between the two groups. The cognitive function,neurologi-cal function, motor function and daily living ability of the patients before and 2 weeks after surgery were evaluated using the simple mental State Examination(MMSE)score, national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),fugl-meyer scale(FMA)and barthel index(BI).Results There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The first ex-haust time, the first defecation time and hospital stay in the ERAS group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative MMSE score,NIHSS score,FMA score and BI score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 2 weeks after surgery, the above scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before surgery, and the improvement effect of patients with ERAS group was better than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conven-tional intervention, the perioperative nursing intervention under the concept of ERAS for stereotactic hematoma aspiration with Remote medical robot can improve the perioperative management effect and promote the postoperative nerve function recovery of patients.
