Analysis of perioperative care methods and effects of drug sclerosing injection combined with high-frequency electrocoagulation for children with tongue microcystic lymphatic malformation
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 5 children's tongue microcapsules lymphatic malformations,and clarify the nursing value of children with microcapsules lymphatic malformation of child tongue microcapsules.Methods Five children with lingual mi-crocystic lymphatic malformation who were admitted to the Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to October 2023 were used as the research subjects.The children were provided with preoperative psychological care,intraoperative oral care,and postoperative airway care.tongue body care,nutritional care,rehabilitation exercises,and regular follow-up to evaluate the tongue body and functional recovery.Results None of the 5 children had complications such as infection,necrosis,pneumonia,aspiration,etc.After the operation,the tongue body of all 5 children was retracted into the oral cavity review 6 months after the operation.Conclusion Adequate perioperative care can better improve the prognosis of children with tongue microcystic lymphatic malformation.
