摘要

为调查某规模猪场猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征共感染情况,对猪只进行鼻甲骨评分,并采用q-PCR进行产毒素多杀性巴氏杆菌、支气管败血波氏杆菌和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒检测.结果显示:大部分场线猪只鼻甲骨损伤严重,出现萎缩、空洞;鼻甲骨评分≥5分的猪只比例为A场线100%,B场线71.4%,C场线70.0%,D场线25.0%,E场线60.0%;产毒素多杀性巴氏杆菌检出率75.2%,支气管败血波氏杆菌检出率83.3%,二者混合检出率66.7%,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒检出率33.3%.

Abstract

In order to investigate the co-infection of infectious porcine infectious atrophic rhinitis and PRRS in a large-scale pig farm,pigs were scored for nasal turbinates and tested for toxin-producing Pasteurella multocida,Bordetella bronchiseptica,and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus pathogens by q-PCR.The results showed severe nasal turbinate damage with atrophy and cavitation in most field line pigs.The proportion of pigs with nasal turbinate scores ≥5 A field line was 100%,71.4%B field line,70.0%C field line,25.0%D field line,and 60.0%E field line.The detection rate of toxin-producing Pasteurella multocida was 75.2%,Borrelia burgdorferi was 83.3%,the mixed detection rate of the two was 66.7%,and the detection rate of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome viral pathogens was 33.3%.
