"岗课赛证"综合育人模式在凸显职业教育类型定位、增强职业教育适应性、赋能复合型技术技能人才培养中发挥实效,已成为职业教育教学改革的研究重点.2021年以来,"动物微生物"课程团队积极推动"以岗定课、课赛互促、课证融合"的"岗课赛证"综合育人模式改革,对接职业标准制定课程标准,基于岗位能力重构教学内容,课赛结合,融证入课,校企合作优化课程教学资源,打造课程教学平台,完善课程评价体系,取得一定教学成效,为高职畜牧兽医专业相关课程改革提供参考.
Exploration and practice of"post-course-competition-certificate"integration in the teaching reform of"Animal Microbiology"
The comprehensive education model of"post-course-competition-certificate"plays a significant role in highlighting the positioning of vocational education types,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and empowering the cultivation of composite technical and skilled talents.It becomes a research focus of vocational education teaching reform recently.Since 2021,the"Animal Microbiology"course teaching team actively promotes the teaching reform of the"post-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education model by setting the course based on post,improving the course by competition,and integrating course resources according to certificate.Based on the above idea,we formulated course standards by connecting professional standards,restructured teaching content based on post ability requirements,optimized course teaching resources,created course teaching platform and improved the course evaluation system through school enterprise cooperation.Teaching practice proved that the teaching reform of"Animal Microbiology"based on"post-course-competition-certificate"integration achieves certain results,which provides reference for the reform of relevant courses in animal husbandry and veterinary of vocational colleges.
