2023年河南省卫生专业人员应用《肠道原虫检测碘液染色涂片法》(WS/T 634-2018)的情况调查

目的 了解《肠道原虫检测碘液染色涂片法》(WS/T 634-2018)的应用情况,收集并分析标准应用过程中存在的问题及建议,为今后标准的修订工作提供依据.方法 于2023年采用随机抽样法对河南省省、市、县、乡4级卫生机构工作人员通过问卷星进行调查,收集标准的知晓、宣贯、使用及对该标准的评价和建议等信息.结果 共收回788份有效调查问卷,所有调查对象均知晓该标准,63.83%通过业务培训知晓.44.80%不同程度使用过该标准,省级单位调查者使用过的占比高于乡镇级单位,来自传染病专科医院的调查者使用该标准最多(65.00%),检验专业使用过该标准的调查者在所有专业中最多(52.58%);不同单位类别、不同单位性质和不同专业的调查对象对该标准使用情况差异有统计学意义(x2=50.64、73.36、35.73,P均<0.05).标准使用相关问题的平均得分率为75.76%,其中碘液贮存方式正确率最高(92.01%),样品保存条件正确率最低(57.36%).63.71%调查对象认为该标准具有可操作性,64.34%认为内容协调性好,66.62%认为实用性强,仅0.51%认为该标准需要调整.结论 各级疾控、医疗机构工作人员对《肠道原虫检测碘液染色涂片法》的知晓率较高,但使用率较低,且被动知晓标准的情况较为突出,今后仍需加大对标准的宣贯力度,使标准能够切实指导各级医疗卫生机构的肠道原虫病防控工作.
Survey on the application of Detection of intestinal protozoa-Iodine staining smear method(WS/T 634-2018)among health professionals in Henan province in 2023
Objective To understand the application of Detection of intcstinal protozoa-Iodine staining smear method(WS/T 634-2018),collect and analyze the problems and suggestions during the application of the standard,and provide evidence for the revision of the standard in the future.Methods In 2023,a random sampling method was used to investigate the staff in provin-cial,city-level,county-level and township-level health institutions in Henan province through Questionnaire Star,and the in-formation about the awareness,promotion,use,evaluation and suggestions of standards were collected.Results A total of 788 valid questionnaires were collected,and all respondents were aware of the standard,and 63.83%were aware of it through busi-ness training.Of the respondents,44.80%had used the standard to varying degrees.The proportion of respondents in provincial institutions who had used this standard was higher than that in township-level institutions.The proportion of respondents from infectious disease specialized hospitals who had used this standard was highest(65.00%),and of all specialties,the proportion of respondents in lab who had used this standard was highest(52.58%).There were significant differences in the use of this stan-dard among respondents of different institutions categories,institutions properties and specialties(x2=50.64,73.36,35.73,all P<0.05).The average correct rate of standard use-related questions was 75.76%,among which the correct rate of iodine storage was highest(92.01%),and the correct rate of sample storage was lowest(57.36%).Of the respondents,63.71%thought that the stan-dard is operable;64.34%thought that the contents of the standard is well coordinated;66.62%of the respondents thought that the standard is highly practical,and only 0.51%of the respondents thought that the standard needs adjustment.Conclusions The staff in disease-control and medical institutions at all levels have a high awareness rate of the standards,but the use rate is low,and the awareness of the standards through passive way is common.In the future,it is still necessary to strengthen the publicity and implementation of the standards so that the standards can effectively guide the prevention and control of intestinal proto-zoosis in medical and health institutions at all levels.
