Analysis of adverse events following immunization surveillance in Shangqiu,Henan from 2017 to 2022
Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics of adverse event following immunization(AEFI)in Shangqiu city,Henan province from 2017 to 2022,and evaluate the safety of vaccination.Methods The AEFI case data in Shangqiu city from 2017 to 2022 were collected through China Information Management System for Immunization Program,and the vaccination data were collected through Henan Provincial Information Management System for Immunization Program.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data.Results A total of 12 654 AEFI cases were reported in Shangqiu city from 2017 to 2022,and the reported incidence was 38.47 per 105 doses.Of them,12 477(98.60％)had general reaction,and the reported incidence was 37.93 per 105 doses.There were 104 cases(0.82％)with abnormal reaction,and the reported incidence was 0.32 per 105 doses.In general reactions,there were 12 241 cases of fever/redness/induration,accounting for 98.11％.Of the AEFI cases,97.95％were cured or improved.Conclusions The reported cases of AEFI in Shangqiu city from 2017 to 2022 were mainly general reactions.The prognosis was good,and the vaccination safety was good.
