目的 掌握开封市杞县白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、双硫磷和苏云金杆菌以色列亚种(Bti)的抗药性情况,指导科学用药防治登革热媒介白纹伊蚊.方法 2019-2023年每两年一次在杞县不同方位采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,挑选3龄末至4龄初试虫采用幼虫浸渍法进行抗药性测定.结果 2019、2021、2023年杞县白纹伊蚊幼虫对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为33.76、2.44、4.38,抗性水平为中抗-敏感-低抗;对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为19.49、8.19、7.34,抗性水平呈中抗至低抗;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为3.32、2.52、10.31,抗性水平为低抗-敏感-中抗;对残杀威的抗性倍数分别为2.43、4.35、6.06,抗性水平呈敏感至低抗;对双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为1.81、1.88、2.56,对Bti的抗性倍数分别为0.23、0.07、0.05,抗性水平均呈敏感.结论 开封市杞县白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威均产生了不同程度的抗药性,对双硫磷和Bti敏感,建议科学合理应用卫生杀虫剂,以延缓抗药性的进展.
Resistance monitoring of Aedes albopictus to six insecticides in Qixian county,Kaifeng city,2019-2023
Objective To master the resistance of Aedes albopictus to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,propoxur,temephos and Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.israelensis(Bti)in Qixian county,Kaifeng city,and guide scientific use of insecticides for the control of Aedes albopictus,the vector of dengue fever.Methods From 2019 to 2023,the larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected biennially from different directions in Qixian county and selected at the end of the third or the beginning of the fourth instar of Aedes albopictus.The resistance level of Aedes albopictus was measured by the larvae dipping method.Results In 2019,2021 and 2023,in Qixian county,the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to permethrin were 33.76,2.44 and 4.38,respectively,with the resistance level of moderate resistance-sensitivity-low resistance;the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to deltamethrin were 19.49,8.19 and 7.34,respectively,with the resistance level from moderate resistance to low resistance;the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to beta-cypermethrin were 3.32,2.52 and 10.31,respectively,with the resistance level of low resistance-sensitivity-moderate resistance;the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to propoxur were 2.43,4.35 and 6.06,respectively,with the resistance level from sensitivity to low resistance;the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to temephos were 1.81,1.88 and 2.56,respectively,and the resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to Bti were 0.23,0.07 and 0.05,respectively,with the resistance levels of sensitivity for both temephos and Bti.Conclusions Aedes albopictus has developed different levels of resistance to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin and propoxur,and is sensitive to temephos and Bti in Qixian county,Kaifeng city.It is suggested to use hygienic insecticides scientifically and rationally so as to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
