漯河市郾城区18～45岁农村女性HPV疫苗接种现状及接种意愿调查

摘要
目的 调查漯河市郾城区18～45岁农村女性HPV疫苗接种现状及接种意愿,为提高农村地区HPV疫苗接种率提供参考.方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,于2023年4-5月选择郾城区6个乡镇的18～45岁女性作为调查对象.自行设计调查问卷,收集一般人口学特征、HPV疫苗的认知情况、HPV疫苗接种现状及接种意愿,对调查结果进行描述性分析.结果 共调查486名18～45岁农村女性,HPV疫苗认知良好占20.16％,认知不良占79.84％;已接种HPV疫苗36名,接种率7.41％,已接种者与未接种者在年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、对HPV疫苗认知方面有差异(P均＜0.05);450名未接种者中有41.78％的女性表示愿意接种HPV疫苗.结论 漯河市郾城区18～45岁农村女性HPV疫苗的接种率和接种意愿较低.有必要通过合理有效的健康教育、加大疫苗投放量、调整疫苗价格等措施提高HPV疫苗接种率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate HPV vaccination status and vaccination willingness among rural women aged 18-45 years in Yancheng District,Luohe city so as to provide the reference for improving the HPV vaccination rate in rural areas.Methods Using the method of cluster random sampling,women aged 18-45 years from six townships of Yancheng district were selected from April-May 2023 as the survey respondents.Questionnaire was designed by ourselves to collect general demographic characteristics,HPV vaccine cognition,HPV vaccination status and vaccination willingness,and descriptive analysis was conducted on the survey results.Results Of the 486 rural women aged 18-45 years,20.16％had good cognition of HPV vaccine,and 79.84％had poor cognition;36 people had been vaccinated with HPV vaccine,with the vaccination rate of 7.41％.There were differences between those who had been vaccinated and those who hadn't been vaccinated in terms of age,literacy level,per capita monthly household income,and cognition of HPV vaccine(all P＜0.05);of the 450 who hadn't been vaccinated,41.78％of them expressed willingness to receive HPV vaccine.Conclusions The HPV vaccination rate and vaccination willingness are low among rural women aged 18-45 years in Yancheng district of Luohe city.It is necessary to improve the HPV vaccination rate through rational and effective health education,increasing the supply of vaccine,adjusting the price of vaccine and other measures.
